To assist our efforts to individual families, you can donate online by clicking the button below. Just select the “BAWD” fund and 100% of your donation will go to help families in our community. The skating rink, disc golf and pavilion project funds are being processed through the city. If you would like to help with these, drop off payment to Bigfork City Hall. |
What's Going On?
Bigfork Assembly of God is hosting a team of individuals who are coming to bless Bigfork. While they are here, we are planning to put in a skating rink & warming shack, disc golf course (Frisbee golf), and install a beachfront pavilion.
It is a part of our mission to “Build Community” in Bigfork and the surrounding north woods. While we build our community as a whole, we understand that it is comprised of individuals and families. That is why we want to reach into our community and provide some help where we can.
As a part of Bigfork Area Work Days, we have been able to come up with some (limited) financial resources. Those resources will be distributed in such a way to make the greatest impact on our city as we see fit. One of the primary ways these resources will be used is to help fund projects for families in our area.

prioritizing the Needs
As we look to help people we will use some criteria to prioritize the needs. We are relying on an honest representation of your situation on the form to properly prioritize the needs at hand. Our team is here for one week and we have limited time to work, so we cannot guarantee we will get to every project.
Criteria for Prioritizing:
· Financial insufficiency
· Physical disability
· Elderly (over 60)
· Families with small children (elementary & younger)
· Annual household income less than $25,000
If we think we can get to your project, we will contact you at the phone number you have listed for further details. We will begin making phone calls the week before the team is here.
