Childcare Registration

We have limited spots for childcare available during The FUN Marriage Workshop. We will be providing meals Friday and Saturday, as well as snacks and beverages. If interested, please fill out this form and we will be in contact with you regarding childcare.

Special Needs:
It is our desire to be able to accommodate children with special needs; however, we understand that unusual situations may arise. We may need to have additional personnel and/or costs to cover possible situations for safety and liability reasons.

Cost:
$45 per child - $100 max per family
